Seperating "Mention @everyone, @here" and "Mention All Roles"
The new feature is really neat because you don't have to toggle notification roles anymore for every ping. However it being the same permission as "Mention @everone and @here" is kind of a problem for larger servers where there are differences between Staff and Mods. More often than not it would be staff that is online and active for pinging notification roles, but giving all of them the @everyone and @here permission would be very odd.
So it would be very handy to be able to create a role to give to certain people that can then always ping notification roles without having to ask for them to be turned on and back off again, without giving them the full on power to ping everyone and here.

This whole thing needs to be redone.
They need to just separate @everyone, @here, and redo role mentioning.
I barely understand how it currently works.
I would love to see them make it so you can choose the roles that are able to ping a certain role (while in the role's options, there is a drop-down menu where you choose what roles can ping that role).

Yea, having it individual would be the best for sure.

Big +1. Our server has a ton of decorator roles that no one would ever have any reason to ping, but we still have use for @everyone and @here. There's tons of confusion about which role to ping as a result.
This thread is also relevant and has some great points: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360057895511-Allow-Server-Owners-to-Disable-mention-for-All-Roles-from-Themselves-and-Bots-

How is this still not fixed??? It seems like such a simple solution!
