Display Users (or more specifically... don't)

Instead of only giving us "Always" or "Only While Speaking" would it too much to ask to also have a "Never" option for this? It just doesn't make sense to have all 3 options for the names but not the icons.

  If you don't want to see people while in game, you can click the Pin icon in the top right corner of the widget and it will not display the voice widget in game.
