Video Settings Request

I would like to hear if we could get actual settings for video since there isn't any at all though it would be really neat if it could be a bit like how Skype does theirs since it seems very customizable though I would also like it to be a base feature with Discord since that would make the most sense (I'm asking because I'm personally having issues with my webcam and I can't find any fix for it and was thus asked to ask here)
