Certain Characters in Username (Linux App)

Certain characters in some usernames aren't rendering properly

r͙ is one of the culprits. Displays fine in Firefox, 

but native app renders....

Native app in Windows renders fine too.

  However, it seems like Chromium also renders it incorrectly. Sounds like a Chromium bug.
