Grouped voice channel for two or more teams to communicate

Essentially when two groups of people play a game against each other they'd want to have voice comms with people on their same team, and maybe at some point in time insult the other team by shouting "you suck" so that everyone can hear.

So maybe a new feature could be added where everyone in a game can enter the same voice channel and within that voice channel teams can be split such that the one team cannot hear what the opposing team is saying. At the same time, there would be a push-to-insult button where one person can speak for all players to hear, but can still only hear his teammates and not the opposite team.
