New highlight overlay

I strongly dislike the new emote overlay. It covers the text on the screen and I have to move my mouse away from the window or it annoys me. But then I can't scroll. The UI isn't even useful because the chances are too low that the reaction I actually want to use is among the three it offers. To top it off, it's not obvious which line you're highlighting because the overlay is off-center.
