February 2020 UI Update

I know I'm not the only one who actively avoided updating Discord to get out of using the clunky new features. If I had an option to change the features I didn't like, this update wouldn't be so bad.

Good things!

I like hovering over text and seeing the timestamp to the left. It comes in handy so I don't have to guess when things are sent.

New ping appearance! I think it looks hella clean and nice.

Accessibility Issues

As someone with poor eyesight, the changes in text spacing are really impairing my ability to read messages clearly. Even maxing out the spacing to 24px doesn't help, as it doesn't affect the padding between texts in group.

Not having lines between text messages is also causing issues with reading messages. I get mixed up with who is saying what without lines.

I would love if Discord made these changes toggleable, as it would improve user experience for people like me who are having trouble with the new UI.
