Disable Personal @s

This has been a constantly asked-for thing by certain Discord users, but is there any plans to make it possible for a certain user to stop people from @ing them specifically in a server? Muting doesn't stop this, and the only way to 'fix' this is to block literally every single person in a server to stop them from abusing their ability to @ certain people.

I'm looking for something similar to muting role pings but it would be specifically for certain people.

If there's already another old thread asking for the same thing, I'd appreciate it if people would direct me to it.
