Reporting a bug with video playback

The recent upgrade of glibc from 2.30 to 2.31 appears to have broken sandboxing for web browsers, including Electron/Chromium. A fix has been pushed to Chromium (as of 80.0.3987.87). No action is required at this time, as glibc 2.31 hasn't made it to most distribution's repos yet, but to ensure this does not become a problem Discord should upgrade to an Electron version based upon 80.0.3987.87+, when that becomes available. Practical effects for end-users include (but are probably not limited to) playback of video embeds not working properly (YouTube,Twitter, and direct upload all tested), and prevents notification settings from playing properly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Update glibc package to 2.31.
2. Launch Discord
3. Receive notification or test notification sounds in Notifications settings menu. Attempt embeded video playback.
