Mini discord bar (for desktop) while join voice chat or chat lines

remember windows media player bar on taskbar after minimize the window?
you can control music and see what current music being played while main window minimize.

it's same as discord overlay but with independent window.
and it's really helpful for some application that could be messed up (or does not support) if using discord overlay such as digital art application
