I can't highlight the last emoji used

Here's the form from the Discord Testers server:

I can't highlight the last emoji used. Unless there's only one emoji in the message, then I can't highlight any.
| Steps to Reproduce:
- Type any message containing one or more emojis.
- Highlight the entire message
- See if the last emoji can't be highlighted. Expected Result: I should be able to highlight every character in the message. Actual Result: The highlight doesn't stop when it hits an emoji, but it doesn't highlight the last emoji. Client Settings: Release Channel: stable, Build Number: 54611, Version Hash: 3fb9c49136669e16bf32927dd33d4fbf1f06b586 System Settings: Windows 7 Service Pack 1

  Btw. the new chat update made the bug appear.
