If someone edits a message make people get a notif (In DM and Servers)

Hai!

In my server, I have a log that staff and I use to update people on things that we have achieved. I would make a log for the day and edit that log to add another log to that same message instead of adding a completely second message to condense the log. 

But I noticed that when I edit messages, people do not get notifications on this. Could you make it so "Notifs on Editing Messages" can be toggled in DMs or in discord server channels?
