Discord lagging and disconnecting

My calls are lagging a lot of the time, which makes my friends sound like robots or just cutting out the whole time. Also very often I just don't hear anyone anymore and when I try to rejoin call I get the RTC connecting and then No-route.

What am I supposed to do this. It's super frustrating.
