Discord seemingly unable to read a calendar, saying "Last Thursday" when it was actually this Thursday
Screenshot was taken on Saturday two days later. but you sure can't tell from the sorry excuse Discord has for a timestamp.

When referring to the passed Thursday in English, "last Thursday" means Thursday last week. The correct expression here would have been "this Thursday", or "this passed Thursday" if you wanted to completely stomp ambiguity.

Last Thursday was the Last Thursday before "today". This/Next Thursday is the Thursday that is coming.

In Discord, sure. But I've never heard anyone use the term like that out in real life, only in Discord.
Likewise, today is Wednesday. If I said "this Monday" I wouldn't mean the Monday next week, I'd mean the one which just passed, and "last Monday" would be nine days ago.
That's why I'm pointing out that it's confusing, because I constantly have to try and figure out how Discord thinks the calendar works, instead of assuming the words mean what they would usually mean.
If Discord is unable to comply with the standard usage of words outside Discord, then I would recommend it stops using phrases like "last Thursday" completely, as _at best_ it is ambiguous.
