I think it's nice that there's now a more in-depth in-app reporting system. It's one step in the right direction and it seems to send a screenshot of the message to discord so that even if it is deleted, the person can be punished.
However I think it should also be a feature if you're NOT an admin on a server, because admins aren't always the quickest, or sometimes admins are the ones breaking said rules.
Also, servers where ToS is broken VERY often or servers claiming they have "no rules" and people posting illegal content, tend to have autodelete bots so when you report a message with a message link, by the time Discord sees the ticket, the message is long deleted. And they don't accept screenshots and videos are iffy as well, and the communication is not the clearest when corresponding with support because of the copy paste responses and seemingly lacking attention to context.
I suggested this awhile back but my post seemed to have disappeared, but it's a system similar to the one just implemented for in-app reporting from Admins of servers. That when you submit a message link in a ticket, the message is archived/screenshotted for Discord support to view it even if it is immediately deleted. This could be easily done within the application too (as it appears this new addition is similar to that anyways, with the option to delete the offending message after submitting the report and a capture of the message in a preview at the top of the report).
