Voice Channel Pairing

Consider allowing two servers to "pair" a voice channel between servers if the admin is an admin on both of the servers. This could be really cool for communities with sub-servers, and could increase voice usage - no one wants to be the first person to join voice.

So, a use case:

Server A is a general gaming community with 2000 members. Some of those members branch off to create a small server for their hosted game called Server B. Members of Server B can make a member of Server A an administrator, and request a paired voice channel in Server A. So that people from Server A can join the voice channel of Server B without needing to add a new server.

This allows servers to maintain their presence and solves the issue of communities diluting.
