Sound problem on windows app

hi i have problems with sound

I've already reinstalled the application but it doesn't give me anything.

On a Windows sound mixer, when we set the volume threshold, discord stops following this threshold and plays 100% sound even if I set it to 1% of the available sound.
no other applications have this problem
works fine on the phone and browser

earlier reinstallation helped, but now it doesn't give me anything
it all started with a problem with sound on voice channels on one of the servers
the owner moved us to another channel and suddenly the sound went crazy
