Feature Request: Delay Filter to sync Audio/Video

Obs has a millisecond (ms) delay filter you can apply to incoming audio or video to make sure that they will sync up before broadcasting. Discord desperately needs one. Especially for the users who are running 2 pc setups/external microphones/DSLR cameras or any software that could cause latency. Video calls and streams look unprofessional when your voice doesn't match up with your mouth.
