Windows volume banner associated with discord.

Alright, so these past couple of days I've noticed that the volume banner I hate and disabled on chrome appears for discord now? Chrome made a solution by disabling "Hardware Media Key Handling", but I see no option for this in the discord settings. Please do something about this, it's annoying and inconvenient. If Spotify can do it i'm sure discord can.

    Yes please. That obnoxious banner is such a waste of space. And it's especially annoying while gaming, cause mousing over it extends it's duration on the screen and it keeps blocking your view.

    Obvious that Discord developers are non-gamer types or else they would have realized how much real estate the overlay consumes. Isn't discord designed for gamers? Why would anyone want to block their vision occasionally? It's even worse than Discord's endlessly broken reCaptcha login puzzles.!! Please kill it, why would Discord use such annoying Windows features and not add options like everyone else. This is why I believe Discord is full of crap when it comes to UX

    Please remove this annoying feature from Discord. I've been using Discord since you started and today is the first time this bunk started happening. I am almost lost it when I couldn't figure out how to disable it in browsers, but now you have it, and I can't have this garbage interrupting my game.
