Video Sharing

Please for the love of god let me take a video on discord's recording feature and send it over discord. It's ten freaking seconds and I try to make it low quality so it'll send and still it WON'T. This is ridiculous!!! Not being able to share videos is an accessibility fail, some of my friends need a VISUAL due to disability reasons! Not okay!
