Discord compact view UI changes for clarity

A few people I know switched from the Cozy to the Compact appearance style after Discord's recent changes to the UI. A number of us noted that it becomes hard to follow conversations this way when multiple users have the same username. I spent a few minutes making a mockup of one way to increase clarity in compact view.

Line differences are just aesthetic here, but I could definitely see squiggly being used for @ everyone.

    Considering the recent UI update, they really don't like any lines in chat anymore.
