Refunds and payment confirmations to the paying email.
All refund confirmations should be made to the email that paid for services rather than the account that is using them. This will prevent people from charging back due to having to jump through ridiculous steps to get a refund. Should make it easier for payers not harder. Unless of course you enjoy losing money from a lack of customers because people complained on social media about this headache you have created.
