Separate Server Joins & Server Nitro Boosts

So instead of having joins and nitro boosts only placed in one channel, I'd like the ability to have the joins separate, say in a private moderation channel, and have the boosts posted in the #general channel so it's more noticeable and easily celebrated by the users in the server.
