Typed out gif names convert to real gifs

Example implementations:

 

1) Uthe Ter types "it's happening" and an option to press tab to insert the gif instead of the text would be present.

2) UserIf I type "itshapenning.gif" upon enter it would replace the text with the gif.

  This is already a feature. Try typing /giphy or /tenor in your chatbox :)
