Improved Profile Picture Cropping

Personally I find it annoying to get a profile picture just right, mostly because the actual pictures are circular, while the cropping preview is square. Having just a circular overlay to show what will be in the picture (similar to how Twitter crops profile pictures) would remove some unwanted frustrations. Also, some devices can't upload transparent profile pictures for whatever reason, so having that fixed would be also welcome to those who want it.
