Game activity shows Garry's Mod instead of Half-Life 2: Deathmatch

The "Game activity" feature shows that I'm playing Garry's Mod on the bottom left corner, but Discord shows that I'm playing Half-Life 2 in both the member's right bar and in the "Game activity" menu in the options (which is not correct because I'm actually playing Half-Life 2: Deathmatch).

I would understand if this is difficult to sort out because most of Valve games' executables are named "hl2.exe", but it would be nice if you could fix this somehow.

  Happens with nearly every source game.
