[Suggestion] Implement a Discussions Forum in the Discord App

My idea is to create a Massively Public Discussions Tab with a variety of different forum categories which is made easily accessible inside the Discord App. Some of these Categories may include: Off Topic, Gaming, Server Ownership, Help and Support, Discord Nitro, Friends, and many more to think about. I think this feature can really help others explore the world of discord and meet many new people in the process. This feature can also cut the amount of support tickets that Discord could receive because of that fancy new Help and Support discussion tab. This way anyone in need of assistance can prioritize this tab because of speed and convenience. On the other hand for people who want to start a conversation with many people around the world, such as "What are you Listening to Right now?" or "The Snow today is so good for snowball fights.", they can. These people who post discussions regularly and grab a decent and consistent audience could receive a badge of some sort to show their participation in the discord community.

I understand that there is already this web-page for exactly what i just said, but I am just stating this idea for the result of convenience
