Is there a way to disable mentioning all roles? Apologies for bad grammar, but..

 

The 'mention everyone, here, and roles' button is extremely horrible. Even when I turn it off, I'm still able to mention roles that are disabled. Yes, I've tried everything, and yet nothing works. Why even make the feature? The whole purpose for a disabled role is that it's not to be mentioned, but thanks to this, that defeats the purpose. I really hope Discord is able to fix this because this is so stupid.
