Toggleable option to completely hide messages from blocked users

Personally, I would make it toggleable on a per user basis rather than a per server basis. This way, you can safely ignore a specific person in a specific server. But I also think it's good to know that there are blocked messages, so you know if people in the server are responding to something that you're not reading. It could be extremely confusing if people are responding to a message you can't see at all.

To elaborate, maybe I block Dave and George, but only George is super spammy, so I go into my blacklist and click "Completely hide all messages from this person". Now, I won't see George's messages at all, but I'll still see Dave's blocked message box. It won't matter what server I'm in, I'll never see George's message box. It's just a thing server admins would have to deal with, I think, but it's irrelevant if the person isn't in the server. And if the person gets reported, the admin can go and disable the "See no messages from this person" button, ban the person from the server, and then resume not seeing any of their messages. (Or, usually, there's multiple admins and probably one of them at least won't have the person blocked.)

Not a bad suggestion, but I think practical implementation needs to be considered a little more, maybe.
