Chat Log Archiving
A close friend of mine had deleted their account a little while back, and there is a large chat /file-share history I don't want to loose. I would greatly appreciate a feature to export these logs into a file to keep them safe. It would help in the situation that, saving them is a lot easier then copy/ pasting months of activity, It would be accessible without an internet connection, it could help some larger servers to keep proof of activity, and some more benefits I'm sure many others could find.

I think if you're really desperate for it, there's some sort of XML trick you can use to archive everything? But I don't know much about it, so you'll have to research that yourself. There should, however, be an easy way for it. But there's not.
I do know that there are bots that will archive chat histories for you. I have no idea if they can be used in DMs or not, but they can definitely be used in servers.
Anyway, I'd recommend looking into those a bit. Someone more Discord-savvy than I may be able to help you with them. An imperfect solution, but at least it'll probably work.
