My friends discords account was falsely banned

My friend was falsely banned on discord for raiding even though He didn't participate in any raids.Every email he sends is just replied with the same email back. He already tried contacting support and they send the same email. Is there any other way to contact discord, preferably by phone ?

  Same, i got banned for a complete false reason and they aren't taking any action to unban me :/
