admin-editable server posts

would like an option for admins to make server posts, messages that are unattached to a user so that any admin can edit it. for example, to be used for server info/rules or announcements

    Wouldnt be quite good privacy wise to have a post, originally posted by someone, then able be modifed by someone else.

    that's why i specifically suggest that the post be of a different type that allows it to not be associated with any user in particular (edit log can be public, idk)

    I massively second this request, it would be extremely helpful for post about rules, announcements, lists, etc if you could make a special admin post that was editable by any admin.
