Discord calls are laggy

I have no clue what the issue is, but my voice call is almost always in the red, I can hear others perfectly fine, they say I sound robotic and laggy. FIX THIS please, Discord is the only thing I use for game chat and it isn't working too good right now, I have tried fixing it in multiple ways, none worked so I suppose I will have to wait for another update to fix this, or give up.
