Suggestion: Spam Channels

So a lot of servers have a "Spam" channel, but it gets annoying when the error of "Sending Messages Too Quickly" pops up. I use the spam channels to level up in bots, and I would reccomend adding a Spam option in channel settings that turns this off.

  Having channels without this warning ⚠️ available to everyone would slow down discord a lot, or discord would be forced to buy bigger/better servers.
