Can’t Dismiss Notifications on iPadOS in App

G’day!

I have stumbled across a bug that is very annoying. When someone posts the notification that you receive in app can’t be dismissed with a swipe up. I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling with no fix. My device is an Apple iPad 6th Generation running iPadOS 13.3.1.
