Recommendation(about user block)

I want to block someone who is not a friend, neither who doesn't join in the same server. So if I have someone to block, I have to search the user, send friend request and block it. That means the opponent gets notification. I don't want that, and just block user silently. Could you guys improve user block function so I could block famous villains without letting them know about me? I want you guys to add user search and make available to block them instantly. Thank you.
