Personal Muting

Dear Discord, 
I'm in a server and there's a guy thats a condescending pain in the a** but hasn't done anything bad enough to kick yet. Is there any plans on adding a thing that lets people mute people in the server so they don't get notifications or see their posts without actually muting them in the entire server? Just so i don't get notifications or see their posts if i don't have to. Like to make their posts look like its a spoiler so like it can give me the option to see it if want to but otherwise is covered. I really like this server but this one guy posts a lot and i don't want to mute the entire server from my notifications just him.
