Easy spoiler mobile

We need an easy way to add the spoiler feature to images on our servers while on mobile. We have many many users that operate solely from mobile. If we have users with certain triggers it is difficult at best (Android) or impossible (iOS) to add the tag to an image manually from the user’s perspective.
