Customizing quote formatting

I appreciate the new ability to quote on rightclick, but the formatting provided by those quotes:

isn't very useful for me. I don't want to ping every person I quote, and I like having the timestamp of the quote when I post it (for context).

Would it be possible to add a "custom quote formatting" box in settings which allows you to specify your own formatting that gets used when you use the quote button?

(e.g.

```

[username, time]

[msg]

```

or

"From: [username]: [msg]"

or something similar.

Basically, you specify where the username (or nickname) go, where the timestamp goes, where the message goes, and where any other characters should be inserted.

EDIT: It would also be nice to be able to quote multiple messages in one go.

Example:

Hey this new Discord feature is cool

But it could be cooler

(select the above 2 messages, right-click, click "Quote")
