Discord Email Says Problem Is Solved When It Isn’t

I need to talk to an actual human being and not a robot when I’m emailing the discord email. I’ve used the actual help form they have on this website and it’s the same result. The only response I get back says that “the problem has been fixed” and that they’re pleased with their work. It’s honestly so frustrating and I have an actual issue I need help with. Any discord worker out there, please send me an actual email (maybe a personalized worker email) where I can talk to you and get some actual help. Please.
