Logging in

Dear discord staff i logged out of my discord account and wanted to go back so i tried to login but i didnt work it said "Email - New login location detected, please check your e-mail" i checked a lot of times but i wasnt working that was my only account on the same device i used it and i cant login or make a new account i dont know what to do as this is my only source of comunication on my computer please help. 

Right now i am locked out of my account.

    Your account of our friendly/lovely application (Discord) detected new location from your account, which means you've to chech out your gmail, to verifiy that you're the one who were trying to login into it. Otherwise, You've to go back to the old IP/Serial that you was connecting from it.

    I was on my account I left it on my laptop and the next day I go a reminder saying verify phone but why
