I recommend that you guys should put a Moderator permission as well as a admin permission I think it would be a good idea and easier for everyone.

  Such permissions aren't really needed. Simply by creating roles like "moderator" and "admin", you can customize what permissions mods and admins have. Maybe you have a "mod baby" that can only mute or an "admin jr" who doesn't have acess to nsfw channels.

  Also, the role settings offer "administrator" as a setting, which allows the user to bypass any restrictions.
