Bug in discord's embed

Well I found there is a bug in discord embeds when you send a link it comes like this usually

ok now if you put a ? and put another link like this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mac_OS_X_Tiger?https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_98 this happens

and moreover when you put a custom domain with a non existence page like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB?https://nsg650.github.io/windows_98 

it will search the term(wikipedia this case) and return the embed

this is the bug in embeds

  This bug is also present with links like https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Pastiches/Une_femme where it will embed https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Une_femme
