auto switch!!!

Channel for Live Stream, or not  any one enter is automatically move to push to talk if there entering my channel I bring them in to and when they leave it goes back to there settings! make it easy for all so someone does not destroy there stream as they enter it (maybe they had push to talk open all the time)
