LIVE works on iPhone but not my PC

I have been very frustrated with Discord. I have no problem viewing someone's LIVE feed on my iPhone Discord, however, I am unable to join a LIVE feed on my PC. I can share my own LIVE on the PC, but then have to completely close Discord to have it disconnect. Help please.
