Admin message gets deleted by moderator

I'm admin of the server, sometimes I post link and there's moderator who always removes my message with links. It will be very cool if it'll be added a way to set up roles who can send messages which could be deleted only if somebody have permission to do it. P.S. sorry for bad English. P.P.S. I can't remove moderator role from that guy, because he is a moderator on YouTube and it's a one youtuber's sub server.

    I'd like to modify this request to creating a toggleable server setting to change 'manage messages' to only be able to delete messages of those who are below or equal to you in the member list on the right.
