RunAs Administrator option in system tray.

Hey,

Just wanted to submit a suggestion. I often find myself having to re-run Discord as administrator and noticed that it would be a lot more convenient if I could just do that through the system tray icon instead of closing it and re-opening it completely as admin.

  I would love this option especially for games like Genshin Impact that have to run in administrator for push to talk functionality
