Add chat text box in the GoLive

When streaming during a GoLive session, it is possible to detach the video to have a small view of this video when browsing the chat text channels.

It would be very handy to be able to do the dual action: detach a small chat text box in order to be able to see the stream fullscreen and write&read small amount of text to the corresponding channel.

This feature would be terribly helpful for teachers with big class rooms: when a student has a question, he just have to type "Question" (or even "q") in the chat box, the teacher can hence give the floor to the asking student.
