My friend and I keep getting unfriended!

I was DMing my friend Dylan, but then it stopped us and said we couldn't chat because we didn't share a server. We did though, and we were both added as friends. Except he told me in another that Discord unfriended us and wouldn't let us add each other again. If anyone knows what this is, speak up.

  i've had this too! twice in like 3 days it's unfriended us.

  This started happening very frequently between me and a friend I added recently and we want to know what's going. It's getting frustrating.
