Notifications not working on PC

Since a few months ago I have had problems with the notifications on my discord and can not get the window pop-up even though I have notifications allowed for discord on windows. I also have the pop-up enabled on discord but I am still not getting that pop-up. I would like to know what causes this and how I can solve it.

    I am also experiencing this (the sound plays but the notification doesn't pop up as a notification toast), though judging from the lack of comments and votes, my hopes are not high on getting to a resolution through the feedback site. Maybe we should both try the Zen desk?

    Im having the exact same problem! my thing wont work all notifications on and i miss the sounds of notifications :(
